When will my order ship?
The Trade Sling is in stock now. Orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days, and you'll get an email with tracking the moment yours ships. Delivery usually lands 7–11 business days after you order — the estimate shown on this page is calculated from your order date.
What exactly fits inside?
A trade-day loadout: a graded slab in the padded vault, a premium deck box, 1–3 top-loaders in the front quick-draw pocket, cash, a portable powerbank, plus your phone, wallet, keys and AirPods. It's a 3L bag built to organize the whole kit, not just carry it.
Is it safe to carry valuable cards in a crowd?
Yes. The hidden back security pocket sits flat against your body when worn cross-body, so cash, a passport or your highest-value backup card stay out of reach. Your graded slab rides in a foam-padded, hook-and-loop compartment so it never shifts.
What is it made of?
A matte Cordura ECO 500D ballistic nylon shell with a PU backing, an oxblood ripstop interior lining, glossy YKK AquaGuard zippers, and durable hardware throughout.
Will the strap fit me? How can this bag be worn?
The single diagonal cross-body strap is 1.5″ mil-spec webbing and adjusts from 30″ to 55″, so it wears comfortably across a wide range of body sizes and over a jacket. It swings forward for fast access and stays put while your hands are on the table. You can wear it in front or in back slung one way each side.
What's your return and warranty policy?
You have 45 days from delivery to return a Trade Sling — longer than our standard 30. Change-of-mind returns are subject to our usual $5 handling and 20% restocking fee, and choosing store credit or an exchange waives the restocking fee entirely. Anything faulty, damaged or not as ordered is refunded in full with no deductions. Every Trade Sling carries a 1-year warranty on hardware and stitching — if either fails in normal use, we repair, replace or refund it.
Is the strap replaceable / removable?
Yes. The strap clips off at both ends via the swivel hooks, so it's fully removable and easy to swap or replace — and it adjusts from 30″ to 55″ for a custom fit.
