Shipping policy

All delivery times are in business days + are estimates, not guaranteed. The delivery time for international orders can vary depending country and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery in some cases. By placing an order you agree that this delivery time is acceptable.

If you order a pre-order with an item in stock, expect that they will ship together. The pre-order item may delay your order. We suggest ordering separately if you need part of your order in a hurry.

Items may be made and shipped separately at different speeds depending on availability, product type, weight, location, size, and other factors.

We are currently issuing tracking numbers ahead of time. Please do not mistake this as your order being shipped. Your order may take a little longer in light of the holiday season. Please be patient with us!

How can I track my order?

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping is calculated by item type. Shipping is subject to change at any time.

We currently charge $6 for small items, $8 for standard size, and $12 for oversized items—free shipping on orders $75+ worldwide to most countries. Prize Game Prizes have a flat-fee of $8 per order to cover the cost of delivery and payment processing.

Which countries do you ship to?

We are currently shipping to most countries worldwide! If our logistics do not support your country, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. 

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support@toka.co to request such changes.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible. Just ensure it is entered correctly with apartment or unit # as needed or the item may be returned to us.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Will my order be subject to taxes and duties?

Yes, international orders are subject to additional fees. We do not collect this nor pay in most cases. You may be responsible for the costs of taxes and duties at the discretion of your local authority. We eat the cost of tariffs on orders shipped within the United States. If you are somehow billed for tariffs, please contact us.
