Refund policy

We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days once a package is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. All returns should include an invoice from our Online Return Portal that indicates which items are being returned. 

We accept returns for all items excluding gift cards, Pulls Prize Game tokens and items marked on sale, and we charge a $5 package handling fee (domestic only, waived if international) for each return along with a 20% restocking fee on each item returned.

Returns for store credit or exchanges is exempt from restocking fees.

Return labels are only issued domestically within the United States. If you placed your order from another country, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) you are returning back to us but you will not pay a package handling fee.

Shipping paid on orders is non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the nature of some of our products being handmade, minor flaws or errors may not be considered a defect. We will judge a product at our own discretion.

Post-Purchase Changes to Order

Once you've placed your order, any changes or cancellations are NOT guaranteed within one hour of placing the order. We will try to accommodate any changes or cancellations, but please double-check that your order is correct prior to placing this order. If we are unable to cancel your order - in most cases you are eligible to return an item for an exchange, refund or store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items on SALE (marked down from the original price) are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Pulls™ game prizes when redeemed or gift cards. Any promotional offer discounts, such as Buy 1 + Get 1 50% OFF or Buy 2 Get 1 FREE offers would not be refundable unless you return all items associated with the promotion including the free gift.

Exchanges

For exchanges, you may initiate a return here. 

Unless your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order first then return the item you have.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensuring delivery.

If Secure Checkout+ add-on is unchecked, we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments but we will reship a package at your expense if it's unselected.

Free Gifts

Free gifts (“Gift With Purchase,” “GWP”) offered during promotions are optional to claim (can opt out by not claiming) and are provided only when a qualifying order meets the minimum purchase threshold. By participating in any promotion involving a free gift, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Optional to Claim
    Free gifts are provided at your discretion. You may choose to accept or decline the free gift during checkout or redemption.

  2. Returns Requiring Gift Return
    If you return any portion of your order and the remaining order value falls below the minimum threshold required to receive the free gift, the free gift must be returned along with your returned items.

  3. Restocking Fee for Non-Returned Gifts
    If the free gift is not returned when your order no longer qualifies for it, a restocking fee equal to the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or charged to your original payment method at our discretion.

    This ensures fairness, prevents abuse, and protects against fraud or gamification of promotions.

  4. Condition Requirements
    Returned free gifts must meet the same condition standards as returnable merchandise. Damaged, worn, or heavily used free gifts may result in partial refunds or additional charges.

  5. Final Sale Gifts
    Some promotional gifts may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange independently of the associated order.

  6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
    We reserve the right to deny returns, revoke promotional eligibility, or charge appropriate fees if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior related to free gifts or promotional thresholds.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us by e-mail before opening a merchant chargeback or payment dispute, as we can generally resolve the issue before that takes place. Any chargebacks and disputes disable our ability to issue refunds or credits due to funds being frozen.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
