Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

Returns are auto approved, but you can only return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Returns received between 14-30 days of receipt are compensated in the form of store credit (minus shipping costs) issued to the original purchaser's e-mail address only. Any returns sent back after 30 days of delivery will NOT be refunded nor returned to you. We do check the date it was delivered.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • A 15% restocking fee per garment applies to embroidered clothing for refunds
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also send you a notification e-mail to confirm you have either been refunded for the items you returned (minus shipping) or a store credit in the form of a e-gift card with the redemption code for it.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 working days.
  • Do NOT attempt to return any items past 30 days of delivery confirmation. You will not get your items back nor a credit of any sort!
