Pull Token
One token, one play, one prize — guaranteed worth at least what you paid for the token. There is nothing extra to pay when you redeem it, and if you need a hand, email support@toka.co.
18+ only. Pull Tokens are non-refundable and all sales are final. Every play returns a prize, and the odds are published above. See our Terms of Service.
Shipping is $8 flat per order, not per token, and it covers your prize coming to you — the same $8 you'd pay buying that prize outright. Tax is added at checkout.
Prize Vault
Every prize in the machine, best first, at its real value — including the graded cards you can't buy anywhere on the site.
Every pull is independent — a previous result never changes the next one, and nothing about your account alters your odds. Within a tier every prize is equally likely: divide the tier's chance by the number of prizes shown in that tier and you have the odds of any one of them. Because every play returns a prize worth at least the price of a token, there is no losing outcome to weight against you.
Prizes rotate as stock moves. Anything marked Exclusive isn't sold on the site — the machine is the only way to get one. The lowest-value prize in the machine is $25, the price of a single token.
Don't want it? Trade it.
Every prize you win sits in your Pull History until you decide. Nothing forces you to redeem one you don't want — including a duplicate.
Another pull
Hand back any two unredeemed prizes and take another spin at the machine — no second token, no extra shipping. This is what duplicates are for.
Pick something else
Or skip the randomness: hand back two unredeemed prizes and choose a consolation prize outright, instead of leaving duplicates sitting in your history.
Trades happen in Pull History while you're logged in. Prizes have to be unredeemed — once a prize has shipped it's yours to keep, not to trade.
Frequently asked questions
Everything about playing Pulls™, in one place. For orders, shipping and returns, see the full FAQ.
Playing Pulls™
What is Pulls™?
A prize game. Each token gives you one play and guarantees a prize whose retail value is equal to or greater than what you paid for the token. Every prize and its odds are published above, before you buy.
Who can play?
Pulls™ is for players aged 18 and over. By buying a token you're confirming you're at least 18. We may cancel an order and refund it if we have reason to believe otherwise.
What can I actually win?
Every prize in the machine is on this page, sorted best first, with each tier's odds printed on the card. Some prizes — the PSA-graded cards and a handful of bags — aren't sold on the site at all: the machine is the only way to get one. The lowest-value prize in the machine is $25, the price of a single token.
How are the odds set, and are they published?
Yes — Grand 0.1%, Legendary 6.9%, Rare 23%, Common 70%, printed on this page and in the game widget.
Within a tier every prize is equally likely, so a tier's chance is split evenly between the prizes it holds — divide a tier's percentage by the number of prizes shown in it and you have the odds of any one of them. Every pull is independent: a previous result never changes the next one, and nothing about your account or order history alters your odds.
Is this gambling?
No. Every play wins a prize worth at least what you paid, so you always receive more value than you spent — there's no losing outcome to weight against you. What varies is which prize, and those odds are published before you buy.
Cost & tokens
What does it cost in total?
A token is $25, or $18 each when you buy ten. Shipping is a flat $8 per order, not per token — so a single play is $33 all in, and ten plays are $188 all in, still with one $8. Tax is added at checkout.
That $8 covers your prize being shipped to you, which is the same $8 you'd pay buying the prize outright from the shop. There's nothing further to pay when you redeem.
Why am I charged tax at checkout?
Because even though you're buying a digital play, it's redeemed for a physical product. Collecting it up front means there's nothing to charge you at redemption.
Do Pull Tokens expire?
No. They don't currently expire, and if anything ever changes we guarantee them for at least 1 year from the date of purchase.
Can I save my credits and play whenever?
Yes. Tokens sit in your account until you use them, and there's no penalty for waiting.
Prizes, trades & redemption
What happens after I pay?
Your tokens land in your Toka account as soon as the order goes through. There's no code to enter and nothing to wait for.
Come back to this page and sign in, and the machine at the top becomes playable. Each play resolves straight away and drops the prize into your Pull History, where you can redeem it immediately or leave it there and redeem several together later — prizes redeemed together ship together, in one parcel to one address.
Shipping is already covered by the $8 on your token order, so there is nothing more to pay at redemption.
How do I get my prize?
Redeem it right after the pull on the play widget, or leave it and redeem later from Pull History. Prizes redeemed together from your history ship together, in one parcel to one address — worth knowing if you're saving up a few.
What if I pull a duplicate?
Duplicates are never a dead end. Leave it unredeemed, or hand back any two unredeemed prizes — two prizes buy either another spin or a consolation prize of your choice.
What if I decide I don't want a prize I won?
It sits in your Pull History for as long as you like. Any two unredeemed prizes can be traded for another spin, or for a consolation prize you pick. Once a prize has shipped it's yours to keep, not to trade.
Does the price or the prize pool ever change?
Prices are held stable for long stretches. The prize pool rotates with availability — the grid above always shows what's currently in the machine, and any change to the pool or the odds is published before it takes effect. Whatever changes, the floor doesn't: every play returns a prize worth at least the price of the token.
Refunds & support
What's the return policy on tokens?
Tokens are non-refundable and usable only on this site for this game — all sales are final. That's what makes the guaranteed-value model work. Full terms in section 8 of our Terms of Service.
What that's paired with: if a pull, a redemption or a shipment goes wrong, email support@toka.co and we fix it personally. The policy is firm because the support behind it is.
Something went wrong with my pull
