Prize Game Token

Pull a Prize is a mini-game that awards players with a random prize based on probability set by the brand in exchange for ticket(s). A prize of equivalent or greater value (based on MSRP) is guaranteed with every play so you always gets more value than what they pay for.

Pull a Prize uses a probability algorithm that determines the likelihood you win a certain prize. The probability is set by each individual brand, and you always win a prize that is equal to or more than the price of a token. Prizes won are found by clicking the Game widget image or "What's Inside?" then clicking the Tier "i" icon to see what the odds are. We are not a gambling platform as we always guarantee you get equivalent to or more than what you pay per play.

Prizes are shipped to the customer at the cost of purchasing the token at checkout. There is a flat processing fee collected with each order to offset payment processing, shipping and operations. There are no costs to receive your prize during redemption, as shipping + tax is collected during the purchase of tokens.

They do not currently expire, but if there's any issue we will guarantee them up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

We aim to keep prices as stable as possible for an extended period of time. Prizes are subject to change from time to time based on availability and other factors. To comply with local laws and to discourage this being seen as a gambling platform, our goal is to ensure you always get more value than what you pay for.

Tax is charged because even though you receive a digital play, it is redeemed for a physical prize. It's pre-collected ahead of time so we don't have to charge tax upon redemption.

You can and will continue to be able to in the future, but we recommend playing - as we are still testing the stability and making changes to the program.

You have the option to redeem prizes immediately after winning them on the Play Widget or you can redeem them later in "Pull History" with the other prizes you've won. Prizes redeemed in "My History" must be redeemed all at once to the same address in one shipment.

They will sit in your "Pull History" while logged into your account. You can exchange unredeemed prizes for another play or for consolation prizes.

We're working daily to improve the experience and issues may arise. For now it's currently under-going extensive testing. We appreciate any feedback and concerns. If you face an issue with redemption we can help you manually redeem your prize.

Duplicates are apart of the game. You can choose not to redeem your prize, trade in two unredeemed prizes for a free pull, or exchange in an unredeemed prize for a consolation prize of your choice.

Prizes are valid to the address you purchased the tickets to on your account. We have the right to consolidate prizes redeemed separately into one merged shipment.
