We ship to 37+ countries internationally.
If you're within the United States, we absorb and cover the cost of tariffs. Whether you pay import taxes depends on what country you're from - we are not responsible for import taxes and do not cover them.
If you pre-order it may take 5+ weeks to have the inventory ready. If you're buying a bag in stock, it generally will ship out within 3 business days. After your order ships, it may take 5-9 business days depending on where the order is being shipped to.
Yes, in most cases we would rather ship everything together. It's how we can keep our shipping cost flat-rate and offer free shipping on orders $99+. We recommend ordering in two separate orders if you want the other portion of your order to arrive faster ... otherwise we'll ship everything together when the pre-order is ready.
We welcome feedback and requests from customers who've purchased previously though we are not taking any direct custom requests for bags at this time.
